Frequently asked questions

Do you sell eSIM plans?
No. We compare plans and send you to the provider's own site to buy. The provider handles payment, activation and support.
Are the prices shown final?
Prices are the USD display price recorded for that plan in our catalogue. Providers can change prices at any time, and local taxes or currency conversion may apply at checkout, so confirm the price on the provider's page.
Why do some plans show unknown data or validity?
Because we could not confirm that value from the provider catalogue. We show it as unknown rather than guessing, and plans with unconfirmed data allowances do not receive recommendation badges that depend on knowing the allowance.
Why does a destination sometimes show only one option?
Some markets only have one provider in our catalogue. In that case we show the available verified option and skip cross-provider labels like best overall, because there is nothing to compare it against.
What does unlimited actually mean?
It varies by provider. Where a provider applies speed reduction or fair-use conditions, we flag that on the plan so the unlimited label is not read as unconditional.
What is the difference between country, regional and global plans?
A country plan covers one destination. Regional and global plans cover a list of countries, which is shown on the plan card where the provider supplies it.
Do you earn money from these links?
Yes. We may earn a commission when you buy through a link on this site, generally at no additional cost to you. See the affiliate disclosure for detail.
